Mattia Pavan is an experienced bars manager currently employed at LW Theatres since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mattia served as a bar supervisor at Sketch London from March 2019 to May 2021, and held positions as head bartender at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) Ella Canta and Inception Group in London from July 2017 to October 2018 and March 2016 to July 2017, respectively.
