Kirsi Hollming

Kirsi Hollming has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kirsi began their career in 1997 as a Freight Forwarder at Fritz Companies Finland Oy. Kirsi then worked as a Customer Service Representative at FedEx from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they became a Business Owner at Trend Studio until 2009. Kirsi then joined Anfi Group as an AVC Agent from 2009 to 2011 and later became a Timeshare VPR from 2010 to 2011. Kirsi worked at Trust Kapital Group as an Office Manager from 2011 to 2012 and as a Customer Service Manager from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Kirsi served as the Customer Service Director at Trust Kapital Group. Kirsi then joined Ropo Capital in 2016 and held various roles such as Service Specialist from 2016 to 2017, Johtava asiantuntija from 2017 to 2018, Service Manager from 2018 to 2023, Business concept implementation manager from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Head of Operational Excellence.

Kirsi Hollming attended Markkinointi-instituutti from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a diploma in Kauppateknikko with a specialization in Kansainvälinen Liiketalous (International Business).
