Julie Nye has extensive experience in customer service management, primarily with Roppe Corporation and its affiliate, Six Degrees Flooring Surfaces, since 1998. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager, Julie oversees the National Accounts Customer Service team, manages relationships with key clients, and implements departmental procedures. With a background that includes roles in regional accounts and switchboard operations, Julie has developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience at GSW Manufacturing as a machine operator provided foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes. Julie holds an Associate of Applied Business in Office Administration Technology from Owens Community College.
