Steve Sloan

Steve Sloan has over three decades of experience in sales and management within the flooring industry and journalism. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Specifications at Roppe Corp. since January 2005, Steve oversees A & D responsibilities across the Southeast, including Tennessee, Western Virginia, the Carolinas, Alabama, and Georgia. Prior roles include District Sales Manager at Tarkett, where responsibilities covered the Southeast Region, and District Manager at Salem Carpets. Steve's foundational experience began in journalism as a reporter and photographer for Daily Oklahoman, PennWell Publishing, and Oklahoma State School Boards Association, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Magazine Journalism and Photography from the University of Central Oklahoma.
