Jennifer Kimmel has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development and protein chemistry. Jennifer currently works at Roquette as the Head of R&D - Americas, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this role, they held the position of Protein Chemistry Manager at Roquette from 2018 to 2023. Before joining Roquette, Jennifer worked at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) as a Specifications / Ingredient Technology Manager from 2016 to 2018. Jennifer also has experience at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Principal Scientist in 2015 and at Kraft Foods Group in various senior scientist and principal scientist roles from 2005 to 2015. Jennifer started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Missouri from 2001 to 2005.
Jennifer Kimmel received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Elizabethtown College from 1992 to 1996. Jennifer went on to complete their Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry at Texas A&M University from 1996 to 2001.
