Jeremy Paillet

Jeremy Paillet is an experienced professional in the food industry with a diverse background encompassing roles in operations, production management, and research and development. Currently serving as the Process R&D Group Manager at Roquette since September 2025, Jeremy previously held several positions at Innovafeed, including Operations & Performance Manager, where responsibilities included managing site operations and performance trials. Prior experience includes roles at ADM as a Production Engineer, overseeing projects in corn refining and alcohol production, and at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Production Supervisor, managing a substantial team across multiple shifts. Jeremy's earlier roles include Food Safety & Quality Manager at Pereg Gourmet, Research & Development at Nestlé, and various positions in customer service and administrative assistance. Educational qualifications include a Master in Food Studies from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Food Chemistry from McGill University, complemented by SQF Training.
