Lucia Castillo

Lucia Castillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and continuous improvement within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Plant Performance & Excellence Manager and previously as Global Excellence Leader and Global Excellence Specialist at Roquette since October 2017, Lucia has demonstrated a commitment to optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior roles include Ingénieur Performance et Sécurité and Ingénieur Amélioration Continue at Danone Early Life Nutrition, and Ingénieur méthodes at Groupe PSA. Early career experience encompasses engineering internships and research assistant positions at Henkel, CNRS, and Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Lille 1 and an engineering diploma in Sustainable Chemistry and Processes from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, complemented by an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
