Prasad Bhide

Prasad Bhide is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as HRBP Corporate Functions and Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Roquette since April 2017. Prasad's role includes collaborating with the Leadership Team to implement HR solutions and design programs that align with global business objectives. Prior to Roquette, Prasad was a Senior Manager in HR at JMC Projects India Ltd, leading talent acquisition and policy implementation, and held HR management positions at Gammon India Ltd and Randstad India. Prasad's earlier roles included market development and assistant management, complemented by an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
