Romain Striffling

Romain Striffling has a strong background in digital innovation and business development. Romain is currently the Head of Digital for Commerce and R&D at Roquette since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Digital Innovation at Roquette from February 2019 to January 2023. Before joining Roquette, Romain held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at PSB INDUSTRIES GROUP from February 2017 to February 2019, where they were responsible for leading the digital transformation project and overseeing the innovation program. Romain also has experience as a Senior Manager - Strategy and Innovation at BEARINGPOINT from October 2011 to February 2017. Romain's earlier experience includes working as a Partner at Erdyn > Conseil en Innovation from May 2004 to September 2011, where they focused on industry business development and managed various international projects related to market analysis, strategic marketing, and new business model development. Romain started their career as a Project Manager at IncubAlliance from October 2002 to June 2004 and served as a Deputy Scientific attaché at Foreign Affairs in 2000-2001.

Romain Striffling completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry and Material Sciences at The University of Huddersfield in 1999. In 2000, they obtained a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC). In 2009, they attended Babson College for a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and then pursued an Executive Master's degree in Strategic Business Unit Management at HEC Paris.
