Stephanie Mercier

Stephanie Mercier is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HR Europe & Operations at Roquette since May 2016, Stephanie has also held roles such as Head of Global Development, Talent & Learning, and Head of Global HR Manufacturing. Prior experience includes over 16 years at Faurecia, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for a 7,000-person division and overseeing career management for 76 plants globally. Earlier career roles include positions at Bouygues Construction and Marks & Spencer.
