Sylvie Lagache

Sylvie Lagache has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Global Technical Developer & Digital Officer and Confectionery Application Team Leader at Roquette since March 2012. In this role, Sylvie leads a team of 12, overseeing application and scientific studies across various product categories including traditional confectionery, chewing gum, and high protein beverages. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Reactif consultants and positions within Cadbury Schweppes as Technical Innovation Manager in Singapore and Innovation Platform Leader from January 2005 to August 2011. Sylvie holds an Ingenior degree with a specialization in Industrial Chemistry from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, completed between 1987 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Science (Bac C) from St Odile, obtained in 1987.
