Maria Savel is an experienced project manager specializing in North America and the United Nations, currently working at Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung since April 2020. The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is one of the six party-affiliated political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is affiliated with the party DIE LINKE. The foundation's primary task is political education. The foundation's work promotes critical social analysis, progressive cultural approaches and the networking of emancipatory actors. It operates internationally in the field of development cooperation and equal dialogue and documents important results of left-wing politics with the help of the Archive of Democratic Socialism. In addition, it supports young academics with scholarships as part of its study program.
