Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung
Sukayna El-Zayat is an experienced project manager currently working at Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung since December 2022. Previously, Sukayna served as a program coordinator at Goethe University from September 2020 to January 2023 and held the position of research assistant at AIWG from October 2019 to September 2020. Early experience includes an internship in external affairs at Islamic Relief Worldwide in the summer of 2014. Sukayna holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Global Security from Leiden University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University (2012-2016).

The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is one of the six party-affiliated political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is affiliated with the party DIE LINKE. The foundation's primary task is political education. The foundation's work promotes critical social analysis, progressive cultural approaches and the networking of emancipatory actors. It operates internationally in the field of development cooperation and equal dialogue and documents important results of left-wing politics with the help of the Archive of Democratic Socialism. In addition, it supports young academics with scholarships as part of its study program.
