Christopher Arruda

Christopher Arruda is a professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment industry. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Rosano Capital Partners, Essential Housing Fund, and Managing Principal at BG Ventures, LLC. In the past, Christopher was the Chief Investment Officer at SALMON and held various leadership positions at companies like Berkadia, Lincoln Street Capital LLC, Overland Realty Capital, and AIMCO. Christopher has also shared their knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University and Northeastern University. Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
