Dylan McTiernan

Dylan McTiernan has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within the agribusiness sector. Currently serving as Dispatch Manager at Rosderra Irish Meats Group since July 2025, Dylan previously held the position of Logistics Manager at Kepak Group from April 2018 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the shipping department and serving as a dispatch operative. Prior to this, Dylan worked as a Farm Advisor at Teagasc for a brief period in early 2018. Dylan holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management with a Lean SCM Black Belt from University College Cork, completed in May 2024, as well as a Bachelor of Business in Rural Enterprise and Agribusiness from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
