Jennifer Paulus

Jennifer Paulus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and correctional case management. Currently serving as a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Rose Acre Farms since May 2012, Jennifer leads the implementation and management of key food safety programs, including HACCP and SQF certification, while overseeing operations related to USDA, FDA, and OSHA compliance. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at the Indiana Department of Correction from May 2008 to December 2011 as a Correctional Case Manager, responsible for managing a caseload of 180 medium to high-security male offenders and developing individualized rehabilitation plans. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and Sociology from Purdue University Northwest.
