Marissa Stapelman Frudden

Marissa Stapelman Frudden is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Rose Associates since January 2023. In this role, Marissa manages the complete recruiting life cycle, collaborates with executives to understand hiring needs, and utilizes social media and external partnerships to attract diverse talent. Prior positions include serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Realty Operations Group / LeFrak and Director of Talent Acquisition for the Southeast Region at Lincoln Property Company. Marissa began a career in human resources with roles as a Payroll Specialist at Paychex and Leasing Specialist at Roseland, a Mack-Cali Company.
