Eileen Kavanagh

Eileen Kavanagh is the current Chief Financial Officer at Rose Capital. Eileen has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting their career as a Tax Accountant at Soros Fund Management. Eileen then spent 6 years as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche before moving to Marcum & Kliegman LLP as a Supervisor. After 11 months, they left to join Ivy Asset Management as Asst. Vice President, where they stayed for 3 years 9 months. From there, they moved to Tiger Management LLC as Fund Controller, and then to Fortress Investment Group as Vice President - Controller. After 7 years 8 months, they left to join Orion Resource Partners (USA) LP as Controller, a position they held for 4 years before becoming CFO at Rose Capital.

Eileen Kavanagh has a B.S. in Accounting from St. Francis College and an M.B.A. in Taxation from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Eileen is also a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
