Anissa Hennion

Anissa Hennion serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Talent Solutions at Rose International since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in workforce solution strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this role, Anissa was the Global Client Services Executive at Geometric Results, Inc. from February 2016 to June 2019, where Anissa developed innovative workforce solutions managing over $400 million in annual contingent spending. Anissa also held the position of VP Program Management at Pontoon Solutions from 2008 to October 2015, focusing on similar strategies with a spend of $450 million. Anissa's earlier career includes a decade at Adecco Staffing, USA, where Anissa advanced from Strategic Account Director to Senior Director of National Account Management, managing significant accounts and driving sales growth. Anissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management from California State University-Sacramento.
