Dana Schmitz-Mills has over 19 years of experience in client engagement and resource management within the Information Technology sector, specifically focusing on State Government. Currently serving as a Client Engagement Associate and Team Lead at Rose International since June 2004, Dana manages client relationships and performs business development activities, including responding to RFPs. Previously, Dana worked as a Resource Manager, ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants, and had a foundational role as a Technical Recruiter/Administrative Assistant at ISSG, where recruitment and project coordination for IT roles were key responsibilities.
