Erick Mazariegos

Erick Mazariegos is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and applications management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Associate at NTT Ltd. since December 2023 and at DISYS since September 2021, Erick has also held the role of IT Workstation Tech at Rose International since November 2019. Previous experience includes working as an End User Support Engineer at Xerox from December 2008 to August 2015, where Erick provided local and remote support to clients, along with software installations and troubleshooting. Additionally, Erick has hands-on experience in applications support at Renap and expert support in server administration in Guatemala. Erick's educational background includes a high school diploma obtained from Central Adult High School in Los Angeles, California.
