Julio R. Chinea

Julio R. Chinea is an experienced account executive at Rose Paving LLC since May 2010, specializing in various aspects of asphalt and concrete services including resurfacing, sealcoating, and ADA compliance. Prior to this, Julio served as a regional sales/project manager at Action Concrete Unlimited from April 2007 to May 2010, overseeing sales and project management within the Southeastern United States. Julio began career as a branch manager at Lori Lane Personnel Services, Inc. where achievements included surpassing sales goals and successfully managing a team. Julio also played minor league baseball from 2000 to 2002. Educational background includes a B.A. in Communication/Business from the University of Illinois Chicago and an associate degree from Miami Dade College.
