Gabi Pirraglia

Gabi Pirraglia has extensive experience in customer experience, customer success, and digital strategy. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Customer Experience at Rose Rocket, Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, and Senior Director of Customer Success at Railz. In 2016, they joined PostBeyond by Influitive as the Director of Customer Success and held the roles of Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, they were the Co-Creator and Co-Host of the Exploit Podcast in 2016. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Strategist at Mirum Agency and from 2011-2014, they were a Digital Strategist and Planner at DentsuBos. Gabi also worked as a Fashion Writer for Thesceneinto.com in 2011 and a Communications Manager at POWERGROUP in 2010. Finally, they were a Career Advice Blogger and Assistant Liaison at McMaster University in 2009.

Gabi Pirraglia is currently enrolled in a Product Management program at BrainStation. Previously, they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Cultural Studies from McMaster University between 2006 and 2010. During their time at McMaster University, they also obtained a Certificate in International Business with French from Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand between 2008 and 2009. In March 2019, Gabi obtained a Bullet Proof Manager certification from Crestcom International.
