Noorin Ladhani

Lead, Customer Success at Rose Rocket

Noorin Ladhani has a long history of work experience in customer success, marketing, communications, and event planning. Noorin began their career in 2009 as a Columnist for Social Policy Magazine's "Technically Speaking" column. Noorin then worked as an Account and Social Media Coordinator for Stephen Thomas Ltd., a Tax Site Coordinator for ACORN Canada, a Marketing Intern for Alliance Films Inc., and a Techvibes Contributor for Techvibes Media Inc. In 2011, they took on the role of Marketing and Communications Lead for Framework, where they developed marketing and communications strategies for Timeraiser and TimeraiserPlus programming in Canada, on-boarded all independently-run Timeraiser organizers, and developed integrated marketing plans for 20 Timeraiser events. In 2012, they became an Instructor for George Brown College Continuing Education. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts, and Customer Success Coach for Method Integration. Noorin then took on the role of Manager, Customer Success for EventMobi, and currently works as Lead, Customer Success for Rose Rocket.

Noorin Ladhani obtained a B.A in International Development from the University of Guelph from 2001 to 2005. Noorin then went on to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Fundraising and Volunteer Management from Humber College from 2007 to 2008. In August 2020, Noorin Ladhani also obtained a certification in Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations from LinkedIn.
