Cody Laseman, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Employee Experience Benefits Manager at Rosecrance Health Network since June 2013. Responsibilities include leading the benefits team, analyzing health expenses, and negotiating plans and rates. Previous roles at Rosecrance include Senior Benefits and Payroll Analyst, where Cody maintained payroll and benefits operations for over 800 employees, and Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, where Cody managed recruitment processes. Additional experience includes internships in human resources and psychology, as well as a background in athletics at North Central College, where Cody earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Human Resources Management and Psychology.
