Bob Wampler

Bob Wampler is the Director of Business Development Nationwide at Rosegate Mortgage, LLC, since February 2025. With extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry, Bob served as Past President of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association from 2014 to 2015, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2013. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Business Development at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, Inc., Regional Business Development Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc., and State Manager at Stearns Lending, LLC, where Bob led a dedicated team to support local homebuyers. Earlier positions include Senior Vice President at First Republic Mortgage and District Sales Manager at GMAC Mortgage. Bob holds a degree from Franklin College, attended from 1973 to 1976.
