Kateryna Horova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kateryna started their career at Eastern Peak in 2016 as a Junior Project Manager and later became a Community Manager for the Ubertesters project. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting QA software testers, estimating project complexity, building teams, and managing the Ubertesters platform. Kateryna also handled financial calculations and accounting for testers.
In 2018, Kateryna joined Program-Ace as a Project Manager and then moved on to Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they worked as a Target Setting and Cascading Specialist. Kateryna later became a People Digital Transformation Expert and played a vital role in the company's digital transformation.
In 2021, Kateryna joined Ciklum as a Transformation Analyst, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Roseman Labs, where they started in June 2022. Through their work experience, Kateryna has developed skills in project management, community management, transformation analysis, and digital transformation.
Kateryna Horova obtained their Bachelor's degree in economic and law from the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv from 2014 to 2018. Kateryna then pursued a Master's degree in corporate law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have received various certifications including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in May 2023, Learning Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint for Enterprise: Site Owners, Learning MongoDB, SQL Essential Training (2018), Business Analysis Foundations: Fundamentals (2014), and Requirements Elicitation and Analysis from LinkedIn. Their latest certification was in March 2020.
