Kun LI is currently working as an Associate Lawyer at Rosen & Associates Tax Law. Prior to this, Kun worked as a Junior Legal Counsel at Cortland Credit Group and as an Associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Kun has experience in reviewing, drafting, and revising legal documents, conducting legal due diligence, and representing both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Kun has a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Toronto and the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. Prior to entering the field of law, Kun worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG China and holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from the University of International Relations.
