John Nichols

John Nichols has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong background in event management and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Social Special Events and Promotions at Rosen Hotels & Resorts since May 2015, Nichols focuses on booking local events and ensuring their success through collaboration with food and beverage outlet managers. Prior career roles include General Manager at Stonewood Grill & Tavern and Area Operations Manager at Ker's WingHouse Bar & Grill. Notably, Nichols spent nearly a decade at Hard Rock Cafe, progressing from Assistant General Manager to General Manager of Live/Special Events, overseeing sales, banquets, and live music operations. An educational foundation in History was established with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University.
