Derek Baum joined Rosen Hotels & Resorts in 1987. Derek graduated from Cornell University.
His favorite entrée at the Rosen Plaza is the Veal Ossobuco with Wild Mushroom Risotto which is on the menu at Jack’s Place Restaurant. Derek was presented with the Rock Award at the Golden Pillar Awards Gala for a decade of foundational service to Rosen Hotels’ Service Advisory Council.
