Kari Bauer

Kari Bauer, SPHR, has a solid background in human resources, with extensive experience in various managerial roles. In 1994, they started their career at Entegee as a Human Resources Manager and held this position until 2001. Kari then joined Plastech Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they transitioned to Thermo King Sales & Service and took on the role of Human Resources Director from 2016 to 2022. In 2021, Kari joined Rosenbauer America and has since served as both a Human Resources Manager and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director.

Kari Bauer, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management from Bethel University. Kari attended Bethel University from 2008 to 2010. In October 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
