Laurie Rengel

Laurie Rengel has extensive experience in various roles within customer service, product management, and technical learning. Laurie is currently the Vice President of Customer Service and Aftersales at Rosenbauer America. Prior to that, they worked at Bend-Tech in a customer service and support role. From 2018 to 2020, Laurie was the Director of Product Management at Park Industries. Laurie also held senior management positions at Polaris Industries, where they focused on technical learning and service dealer development. Laurie's career began at Thermo King Europe, where they served as a Director of Self Powered Truck Product and a Product Manager.

Laurie Rengel obtained a Masters of International Management from the University of St. Thomas in 1998. Prior to that, Laurie completed a Bachelor of Science in International Business from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, Laurie pursued another Masters of International Management degree with a focus on International Management at the University of St. Thomas.
