Karl Witek

Karl Witek is a Research and Development Engineer at Rosenbauer Group, the leading manufacturer of firefighting and disaster protection systems, since July 2015. Responsibilities include adaptive design, project planning, vehicle cost simulation, and local supplier research for prototype integration. Key achievements include the successful completion of a local prototype for the ARFF conference and monitoring local content simulation for the American market. Previously, Karl served as a Design Engineer and Development Engineer for Airport Extinguishing Vehicles, focusing on component construction and technical documentation. Earlier experience at Bitter Engineering GmbH involved developing components for firefighting vehicles. Karl holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien and a Higher Education Entrance Qualification from the Higher Technical Education Institute.
