Thomas Gschwandtner

Thomas Gschwandtner is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of biomedical engineering and simulation. Since January 2019, Thomas has been working at Rosenbauer Group in research and new technologies. Prior to this role, Thomas was a simulations engineer at TGW Logistics Group from May to December 2018 and worked in simulation and system analysis at hofer forschungs- & entwicklungs- GmbH from January 2015 to April 2018. In academia, Thomas served as a project assistant at Graz University of Technology, contributing to a project focused on brain-computer interfaces, and as a student assistant at the Institute of Health Care Engineering. Early career experience includes a student apprenticeship at g.tec - GUGER TECHNOLOGIES and a position as a mechanical design engineer at Andritz Metals. Thomas holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Biomedical Engineering from Technische Universität Graz and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, with additional studies at North Carolina State University.
