Tibor Czako

Tibor Czako has over 30 years of work experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Tibor started their career at United Technologies Automotive as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they worked with top-level automotive OEM manufacturers. Tibor then moved on to Alcoa-Fujikura as a Quality Assurance Manager before joining Philips as a Quality, Production, and Deputy Operations Manager, responsible for CD-re-writer operations.

In 2002, Tibor started their own Interim Management business, serving as an Interim Executive Director for various companies until 2004. Tibor then joined KeyTec as a General Manager, specializing in transition and crisis management for their plastics injection molding and sheet metal stamping operations. After that, they joined Flextronics as a Sr. Director, Hungarian Operations, where they had bottom-line responsibility for four sites with over 2,000 employees, focusing on high-value component level repair, logistics, and distribution services for various industries.

In 2015, Tibor became the Managing Director of Arcturus Hungary, a financial and business process reengineering consulting company. Tibor then joined Jabil as a Director of Operations in Poland, managing Jabil's engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions for their mega EMS site in Kwidzyn, Poland. Tibor later served as the Sr. Director of Operations for Poland, the Netherlands, and Hungary before taking on the role of Senior Director of Global Operations Device SV at TE Connectivity, where they managed global operations for their Device SV division.

Currently, Tibor is working as the General Manager and Managing Director of Rosenberger Group, where they oversee the production of radio frequency, fiber optic, and high-voltage connectivity solutions for various high-tech industries. With a strong focus on precision and reliability, Rosenberger Group collaborates with renowned companies in mobile and telecommunications, industrial measurement technology, automotive electronics, and more.

Tibor Czako has a diverse educational background. From 1985 to 1988, they attended the Kandó Kálmán Technical College for Electrical Industry, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. During their time there, they also pursued special studies in marketing. In 1994, Tibor attended the Vlerick Business School, focusing on general management. It is unclear whether they obtained a specific degree from this institution. From 1994 to 1997, Tibor pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management in cooperation with the London Business School at the Corvinus University of Budapest. In addition to this, they also earned another MBA degree from the London Business School between 1995 and 1997, specializing in general management.
