David Elkins

David Elkins currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Rosendin, a position held since April 2010, where responsibilities encompass all field operations and labor relations across the Southwest, including Arizona, Reno NV, Texas, and the Mid-Atlantic regions, with a focus on training and developing field leaders. Previously, from June 1992 to January 2010, David advanced through various roles within Rosendin, including Area Superintendent for San Jose Area projects, Site Superintendent, and General Foreman, contributing significantly to diverse projects such as power plants, hospitals, and data centers, including the construction of Intel’s first Data Center.
