Don Homan has extensive experience in the electrical industry, currently serving as a General Foreman at McKinstry since April 2022 and as a Field General Foreman at Rosendin. Prior to this, Don held the position of Electrical General Foreman/Superintendent at IBEW from June 1985 to May 2022, overseeing small to medium construction projects. Don also worked at McKinstry from October 2007 to April 2020, managing larger projects and teams. Earlier roles include Service Tech Foreman at OEG, where Don handled service calls and emergency response. Don completed an IBEW apprenticeship and continued education from 1985 to 2014.
