Shawn Hanff

Shawn Hanff is an experienced construction and operations professional with a diverse background in the solar and electrical industries. Currently serving as Area Superintendent at Rosendin since September 2020, Shawn has previously held key positions including Operations Manager at CAM Solar and Construction Manager at Phoenix Solar US. A proven leader with extensive expertise, Shawn's career also includes roles such as General Foreman at LEI Companies, Inc., Foreman at Intermountain Electric, Inc., and various Superintendent positions at RGS Energy and REC Solar. Shawn began as a Master Electrician with Dolphin Electrical Services and Lighthouse Solar and owned Hanff Electric prior to this, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Shawn is a graduate of the IBEW 441 Apprenticeship program, earning the designation of Journeyman Wireman.
