Fred Ehle has a long and successful career in marketing, beginning in 1996 as a Senior Vice President Group Account Director at FCB Chicago. In 2003, they founded brandapart LLC, a marketing consultancy specializing in brand positioning, marketing communications strategy and advertising. In 2005, they joined Leo Burnett USA as a Senior Vice President Group Account Director, leading the advertising for 12 ConAgra brands totaling $175 million in billing. In 2006, they were personally recruited by Sergio Zyman, former CMO of Coca-Cola, to join the Zyman Group Consulting as a Director of Brand Strategy. In 2007, Fred Ehle joined VSA Partners as an Associate Partner-Head of Strategy, leading key client engagements, business development, and strategic acquisitions. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President Enterprise Brand Management at PulteGroup, where they were responsible for leading brand strategy and activation for all three PulteGroup brands. In 2014, they were recruited to McDonald's as VP Chief Customer Officer US, leading customer insights, customer experience and CRM teams. In 2018, Fred Ehle joined Redbox Automated Retail, LLC as VP, Head of Marketing, responsible for enterprise wide brand management, integrated and channel marketing, content marketing, strategic planning, omnichannel marcom, partnerships, retail co-op marketing, sports sponsorships and promotional calendars. In 2020, they joined Jockey International, Inc. as VP, Head of product marketing, new business development, innovation, research, and strategy. Most recently, in 2022, Fred Ehle joined RoseRyan a ZRG partners company as VP Marketing Solutions Group, providing interim and fractional marketing leadership and consulting services for companies ranging from venture-backed start ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Fred Ehle obtained their Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the field of Marketing. Fred also holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2021, they were certified as a Top 100 Marketer by OnConferences and in 2006, they were awarded the Gold Effie by Effie Worldwide.
