Jaana Parkkinen

Jaana Parkkinen has over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and finance. Jaana began their career in 1996 as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1999, they became the Consolidations and SEC Reporting Manager at Whittman-Hart / marchFIRST (formely USWeb/CKS), where they were responsible for drafting all period SEC filings and managing three consolidations analysts. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as the Planning and Reporting Manager at Riverstone Networks, and then as an Independent Contractor for Proxim, ActivIdentity, 3PAR, and Extreme Networks. In 2010, they were the Director of Revenue Accounting and Financial Reporting at Virtual Instruments, and an Independent Contractor at Jawbone. Since 2017, they have been a Consultant at RoseRyan.

Jaana Parkkinen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Jaana also holds a CPA certification from the AICPA.
