Rita Hayes has extensive experience in sales management and business development across various industries. Currently, Rita serves as Managing Director at RoseRyan since September 2013, after previously holding the role of Director, Business Development. Prior to this, Rita worked at PEI Genesis as a Field Sales Representative and at StoneCastle Land & Home Financial as Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer, where responsibilities included opening a new branch and training loan officers. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager at Countrywide Home Loans, Regional Sales Manager at Sharp Microelectronics, and Distribution Sales Manager positions at National Semiconductor and Criterion Sales. Rita began their professional journey as a Product Manager at Bell Industries, overseeing inventory management and supplier relations.
