Eric Nenon

Eric Nenon has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Eric started their career at Ebon Research Systems as a Business Development Manager and Logistics Coordinator, managing logistics and operations for a police academy in Haiti. Eric then moved on to CompUSA, where they worked as a Training Center Manager, exceeding sales and profit goals. After that, they worked at Capstar/iLearning/Caliber as the Director of Sales Support and Marketing, providing sales and marketing support through multiple acquisitions. Eric later joined SkillSoft/Thomson NETg as a Sales Engineer, providing technical sales and implementation support for virtual classroom software. Currently, they are working at Rosetta Stone as the Director of Solutions Engineering, leading teams of solutions engineers and post-sale help desk specialists for language learning software. In this role, they guide clients on LMS integrations, troubleshoots implementation issues, and personally directs implementations for major clients. Overall, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and sales support throughout their career.
