Phil Ji

Phil Ji has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Phil started their career as a Sales Manager at Beijing Tengrun Science & Technology Ltd., where they managed resellers and promoted business printing solutions. Phil then worked as a House Assistant at Manchester Metropolitan University, managing estate properties and providing customer service training. Next, they served as a Learning Technology Centre Support Officer at the University of Salford, where they facilitated communication and coordination for learning technologies. Phil then joined TELL ME MORE as a Product Training Manager, delivering training and improving services value. At Lenovo, they worked as a Product Manager, leading product marketing campaigns and driving sales growth. Phil later joined Rosetta Stone as a Services Director, leading a team and managing the P&L for training solutions. Phil then became the China Manager, owning the P&L for Rosetta Stone China and developing go-to-market plans. Phil'smost recent role at Rosetta Stone is as the Channel Partner Director for the Asia Pacific region.

Phil Ji completed their MSc. in Electronic Business Management from the University of Warwick in the year 2004. Prior to that, they studied at Beijing University of Chemical Technology from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Industrial Foreign Trade.
