Annalisa Gualandi

Annalisa Gualandi has significant experience in procurement and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Procurement for Rosetti Marino Group of Companies since January 2000. Responsibilities include managing contracts for technical services, vendor scouting, and negotiating contracts across various service types both in Italy and internationally. Annalisa also has a background in HR, having held positions as HR Generalist in Italy and HR abroad from 2000 to 2011. Prior work includes a role as a Payroll Specialist at Consorzio SOL.CO, focusing on payroll processing and employee attendance management. Annalisa holds a Master’s degree in Law with an economic focus from the University of Ferrara, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
