Jack Xiao

Jack (Mingyan) Xiao has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jack(mingyan) currently holds the position of VP Finance, Controller at Rosewood Hotel Group since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as Finance Director_APAC, Africa, and Middle East at Kohler Co. from March 2014 to June 2019. Jack(mingyan) also held the role of Finance Controller at GMG Global Ltd from April 2012 to March 2014, and Director of Finance, Legal, and Admin at Grainger from March 2011 to April 2012. Before that, they worked as a Finance Controller at Siemens PLM Software from June 2007 to March 2011 and as the Manager of the Shared Service Center at ABB China Limited from April 2006 to June 2007.

Jack (Mingyan) Xiao completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xi'an Jiaotong University in the years 1995 to 1999. Jack(mingyan) later pursued their MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2002 to 2004.
