Jenni Benzaquen

Jenni Benzaquen is the Senior Vice President of Residential, Global at Rosewood Hotel Group, leading the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Group's residential business worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the expansion of Rosewood Residences across urban and resort destinations globally, ensuring each property delivers unparalleled luxury and bespoke living experiences.

Jenni brings two decades of luxury real estate and hospitality leadership to the role. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Rosewood Residences, with an impressive pipeline that will more than triple the current portfolio.

Prior to joining Rosewood Hotel Group, Jenni served as Senior Vice President, Luxury Group at Marriott International, where she oversaw a portfolio of ultra-luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and Bvlgari. She also held the position of Managing Director at Design Hotels, where she successfully integrated the business into Marriott while achieving remarkable portfolio and commercial growth.

Jenni's entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in brand repositioning position her to reinforce quality growth, operational excellence, and community connections for Rosewood's residential business, as the Group continues to redefine private branded residential living on a global stage.
