Jessie Li

Jessie Li has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, they are working as the Director of Talent and Culture, China at Rosewood Hotel Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Talent and Culture, China at the same company from November 2021. Before joining Rosewood Hotel Group, Jessie was the Director of Talent and Culture at KHOS Langfang Hotel, where they served from February 2019 to November 2021. Jessie also worked as a Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an HRM at Hilton Garden Inn. Jessie started their career at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Personnel Manager in October 2007, where they worked until February 2015.

From 2013 to 2016, Jessie Li attended Renmin University of China, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Human Resources.
