Jonathan Frolich drives the strategic and commercial direction of the Carlyle & Co. brand under Rosewood Hotel Group, building out the brand internationally while continuing to lead the team in curating exceptional experiences defined by their character and finesse.
Jonathan joined Rosewood in 2018 as the Managing Director of Carlyle & Co. at the original location in Hong Kong, driving the inaugural opening, and leading the concept, development, design and operations of the Club. Since opening in 2021, Carlyle & Co. has firmly established itself as a cultural hub for connection and inspirational experiences.
Having worked for brands including Hyatt and Andaz across vibrant destinations in the U.S. and Asia Pacific, Jonathan brings over 20 years of global hospitality experience to Rosewood and has a deep understanding of strategic expansions alongside a robust knowledge of experiential hospitality that resonates with a diverse guest profile.
