Simone Hermans is an experienced professional in the hospitality and business intelligence sectors, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Feasibility & Business Intelligence for the EMEA region at Rosewood Hotel Group since September 2022. Previously, Simone held various positions at Oasis Premium Resorts, including Sales and Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Resort Manager. Early career experiences include roles in sales and marketing, night auditing, and internships across hotel operations at notable establishments such as the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem, and Michelin-starred restaurants. Simone possesses a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Facility Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Hotel and Hospitality Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
