Zoe Katz is a seasoned professional in project management and sales within the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Commercial & New Openings at Rosewood Hotel Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Zoe held various positions at Rosewood Hotel Group, including Project Manager and Corporate Sales & Marketing Assistant.
